Job Overview

To provide the highest standards of service to members pertaining to general inquiries on benefit utilization, LOA Issuance, exclusions, approval status, policy coverage, etc. Likewise, attend to members’ complaints or feedback and provide appropriate resolution services in a consistent and professional manner.

Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or any related field.
  2. Candidate with working experience in HMO / Third Party Administration (TPA) / Call Center and hospitality industry is added advantage.
  3. Good verbal and written English & Tagalog communication skills.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, and proactive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  5. Must be computer literate with knowledge of office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
  6. Flexible and willing to work on shift working hours

Payroll and Benefits Specialist Payroll
Pasig - Metro Manila

Job Overview

• Prepares payroll registry semi-monthly
• Maintains records of company benefits (loans, sickness, maternity, etc.)
• Maintains records of leave balances, medical and optical reimbursements
• Oversees preparation and processes pertaining to government-mandated benefits
• Prepares BIR Total compensation, Alphalist, BIR 2316
• Prepares final pay computation
• Ensures that all data and information are posted in HR System
• Prepares compensation analysis based on the market and organization/nature

Requirements:
  1. Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree
  2. Has a solid three (3) years of experience in processing timekeeping, payroll, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) including loans, sickness, and maternity
  3. Must have an experience in Alphalist, BIR2316, and withholding tax annualization
  4. Can handle at least 80 employees
  5. Must have knowledge of HR System
  6. Must have an advanced level in using MS Excel
  7. Must have good English communication skills both verbal and written
  8. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  9. Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  10. Willing to work onsite work (Ortigas Center, Pasig), 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
  11. Can start ASAP
